When is the next restock?
Restocks are every Tuesday at midnight eastern standard time. All items will be in stock and will ship according to the shipping policy. If you come to the site any other day of the week pre-order will be available and will ship out on the date indicated on the product page!
How does pre-orders work?
Pre-order allows you to order through out the week when items are not in stock! The date indicated on the products' options, will be the date that your order will ship out. Pre-order is optional and you are able to wait until items restock every Tuesday.
Is Orlando pick up available?
Orlando pick up is available every week Wednesday at 2:00pm. Pick up orders are taken via Instagram messages for manageability. More details on our Instagram.
Where is my order?
Tracking is only available once the order has been despatched. Check your email for your tracking number and track your at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available for anywhere in the United States.
What if I didn't recieve my package?
If you have missed your order you can reschedule your order here at https://tools.usps.com/redelivery. If this is not available in your area then you will need to contact your local post office. You can find the details of your post office at https://tools.usps.com/go/POLocatorAction!input.action
How do I eat a Spicy Bowl?
You can enjoy your Spicy Bowl with your hands or a fork if you are not eating with chips.
It is a room temperature snack, it does not need to be heated.
It is your preference if you would like it refrigerated or not.
Could you add pickles or banna peppers in my Spicy Bowl?
My Famous Spicy Bowls, Sausage Only, or Egg Only Spicy Bowl do not include pickles or banna peppers and it cannot be added to your personal order. An alternative would be to order a pickle bowl or add any other food you desire in the bowl when it gets delivered to you.
